Faced with the ever-changing market demands, we believe that only responsible for environmental sustainability and solid research & development technology can meet the continuously evolving market needs. In the future, we will combine AI artificial intelligence computing with company's accumulated years of natural plant micro-molecule database to develop new patented ingredients and validate their efficacy. SHINY BRANDS has currently obtained several innovative invention patents, and continues enhancing our core competitiveness. At the same time, in the face of an aging society and the trend of a declining birthrate, we are also investing in the research & development of healthcare product for the elderly and school-age children, with the aim of bringing a more joyful and healthier quality of life to society.
 

 

Operators leading the way towards a sustainable vision

 

In order to implement the core philosophy of "Innovation for Sustainability, Mutual Prosperity," we formally established the "Corporate Sustainability Committee" in 2021. The Chairman serves as the Chairman of the Committee, and department heads from various departments serve as members. The committee focuses on four major sustainable development blueprints: "Integrity Governance," "Product Responsibility," "Environmental Sustainability," and "Social Inclusion." The committee's responsibilities include identifying risks and opportunities related to the group's operations in these areas and setting short, medium, and long-term goals. In 2022, a total of 12 discussion meetings were held, demonstrating the group's determination to firmly embed sustainability values into its core operations.
 

 

SHINY BRANDS is actively advancing its brand's green transformation starting from its own products in response to the extreme climate crisis caused by global warming and climate change. In 2022, the entire range of beauty products introduced a no-animal-testing policy, and new products have been progressively incorporating environmentally friendly materials such as PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) materials, with plans for further expansion in the future.In the health food sector, five products have been awarded the Clean Label certification, and in 2022, all new product packaging materials have been made from sustainably certified paperboard recognized by the Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) or the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). We aim to continue reducing the environmental impact of our products, with targets of 30% reduction in plastic usage by 2024, 50% by 2026, and 80% by 2032.
